You must be at least 18 years old, authorized to represent the entity applying for onboarding, and not located in any sanctioned jurisdiction.
We perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to meet U.S. and international compliance standards. By using our Services, you consent to identity verification and secure processing of your data.
Our onboarding system must be used only for legitimate business purposes. Misuse for fraudulent or deceptive activity is strictly prohibited.
All logos, designs, and software are owned by 0x Agency LLC. Unauthorized use or redistribution is forbidden.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the onboarding platform.
We reserve the right to deny or terminate onboarding for violations of these Terms or compliance standards.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
